Payment Details
A 25% deposit is required with all bookings. The remainder can be paid on arrival (or in advance if you wish) We accept all mainstream cards, cash, bank transfer and written cheques (if cleared before arrival).
Glendower House is a trading style of, and is managed by, ‘Huge Ltd’. Payments are therefore payable to Huge Ltd.

*Cancellation and refunds

In the event of your booking being cancelled or shortened we will fully refund your payment provided it is more than 7 days before your booked arrival date. 
If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival a cancellation fee of 25% will occur, with the balance of any advance payment reimbursed, or invoiced where payment was not made in advance.
If cancellation occurs within 2 days of arrival the first night will be payable, or 50% of the complete booking amount (in the case of a multi-night stay) - whichever is the greater. If payment was made in advance the balance after the first day fee will be reimbursed. 
A ‘No-Show, or a ‘Curtailment of Stay’  (i.e. change after commencement of stay) will result in the full amount of your original booking being charged. To avoid misunderstanding we recommend you consider insuring against cancellation.

Non-Availability
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival & Departure
Your accommodation is available to you from 2.30pm on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay, if not already paid in advance, is payable prior to departure.


Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Pets
With prior notice and by agreement with us, pets may be considered. A small charge will be incurred

Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its content. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge you for repair or making good if the damage, breakage or smell is significant.

Privacy Policy
Name and contact information you supply to us may be retained and used only for the purposes of administrative functions or contacting you about a booking.
