Our Annex Apartments
Among our 8 Self-Catering Apartments here in Dereham we have 2, side-by-side Annex apartments that are not only great to book individually but they can also combine to form a much larger area - ideal for an extended group or family, or 2 groups / families happy to share a larger space.
Annex A is a ground floor apartment that was built in 2008 and so provides a more modern living environment in a traditional 19th century setting. Gas central heating ensures you're warm and cosy. Modern appliances provide all the facilities you need for a carefree stay - including washing machine and drier.
Sitting to the left side of the main house and backing onto the rear garden at Glendower, Annex A is super quiet. If you have children or pets they are free to use rear garden while you relax inside or on the patio.
As in all Glendower apartments good quality WiFi is provided free so you can stay in touch and enjoy entertainment on smart TV's.
Annex A has a double bedroom with a comfortable double bed plus a single built-in bunk bed over the top a slightly quirky feature that that many children love.
The bathroom has a shower over a bath (free), illuminated mirror, toilet and basin. Hair dryer provided.
The Lounge are has a large sofa bed (linen provided), plus a dining table and chairs. French doors open out onto the patio and rear garden.
A fully equipped Kitchen ensures you can properly self-cater. Glendower is virtually opposite to a Morrison supermarket - so supplies are a very short walk away.

Annex B is is the larger of the 2 Annexes and carries forward many of the comfort and facilities enjoyed in Annex A but with some added space and features.
To begin with as well as a smart ground floor double bedroom, Annex B also has a gallery style twin bedroom with 2 full size single beds. It also has a large sofa bed should extra bed space be required.
Another feature in Annex B is the spacious bathroom which has a level access shower and a raised toilet as well as an Illuminated mirror over a floating sink design.
The spacious/laminated ground floor also incorporates the kitchen facilities which include fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and sink/drainer. A washing machine, dryer are also provided in a dedicated laundry room.
With all of the kitchen and bathroom facilities plus the main bedroom on the ground floor Annex B is perfect for guests with less than 100% mobility, but still has space for extra guests.
There are 2 sets of French doors on the ground floor both leading out to the patio and the wider rear garden.
Finally this apartment is fully air conditioned - so keeps everything at your required room temperature in the winter and through increasingly hot summers.
Parking is provided immediately outside the appartment.
