We frequently play host to guests working in the area comprising 2, 3 or more individuals where our cost per head is extremely competitive. View images and layouts in our GALLERY An apartment for everyone Facilities Everything you need for your stay As soon as you arrive you'll find ample free parking very close to your apartment. If you've arrived by push/motor bike you can lock it in our garage overnight . Opposite Glendower is a 75 yard footpath to Morrisons Supermarket where you can get all your supplies until 10pm. Morrisons also has a café and petrol station. Were just a 2 minute walk into town where you'll find a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs - including our own pub - The Cock! Some apartments already have a washing machine but there is also a free-to-use communal washing machine and tumble dryer. We provide travel cots (free), and also extra adult beds. Extra bedding/towels/toiletries are available. Cleaning during your stay is provided on request. In the summer we have a large rear garden where the kids can play and adults can relax. BBQ provided on request.

Booking Terms Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions Payment Details A deposit is required with all bookings. The remainder can be paid on arrival (or in advance if you wish) We accept all mainstream cards, cash, bank transfer. Glendower House is a trading style of, and is managed by, ‘Huge Ltd’. Payments are therefore payable to Huge Ltd. *Cancellation and refunds In the event of your booking being cancelled or shortened we will fully refund your payment provided it is more than 7 full days before your booked arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival date then a cancellation fee of 25% will occur, with the balance of any advance payment reimbursed, or invoiced where payment was not made in advance. If cancellation occurs within 2 full days (i.e. < 48 hours) of the stay start day, then the first night will be payable, or 50% of the complete booking amount (in the case of a multi-night stay) - whichever is the greater. If payment was made in advance the balance after the first day fee will be reimbursed. A ‘No-Show, or a ‘Curtailment of Stay’ (i.e. change after commencement of stay) will result in the full amount of your original booking being charged. To avoid misunderstanding we recommend you consider insuring against cancellation. Non-Availability We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or was unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. Arrival & Departure Your accommodation is available to you from 2.30pm on the day of your arrival, unless otherwise arranged. Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure. Your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay, if not already paid in advance, is payable prior to departure. Liability We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment. Pets With prior notice and by agreement with us, pets may be considered. A small charge will be incurred Damages and Breakages You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its content. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to charge you for repair or making good if the damage, breakage or smell is significant. Privacy Policy Name and contact information you supply to us may be retained and used only for the purposes of administrative functions or contacting you about a booking.

View our 5 courtyard properties available for long let Glendower Court - Dereham Following owner retirement we are letting out 5 furnished properties very close to Dereham Town Centre. 5 single bedroom apartments to let around a quiet courtyard Glendower House is a former gentleman's residence built around 1850 with an adjacent courtyard formerly providing outbuildings, stables and staff quarters. Over recent years the courtyard has been improved, extended and let as self-catering short stay accommodation. Now we are moving to a longer term rental option and the 5 courtyard properties will be let out under new tenancies and/or contractual agreements. The area bounded in red in the above image shows the courtyard and associated parking. Each apartment is detailed below including description, pictures and floor plans. Each apartment is unique regarding layout. Because of their previous use the apartments are furnished in a way that prioritises bed space - this may suit some prospective occupancies, but alternative layouts can also be arranged - perhaps prioritising more living space. All 5 properties include 1 designated parking space. Glendower Court is very close to all amenities in very easy walking distance including Supermarket (Morrisons), Doctors, Town Centre shopping and eateries. We are open minded about the type of occupancy arrangement.
